QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, AND SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK POLICY
The Management of FLUIDMIX, S.L., aware of the importance of Quality, environmental management and safety and health in the design, manufacture, marketing and technical assistance of agitation equipment and dosing systems, has decided to develop, define and apply internally a Quality, Environment and Safety and Health Management System at Work , at the level set by the international standards UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018 having as its main objective, that our clients obtain the highest return on their investment made with FLUIDMIX, S.L., and that it also pursues the following general objectives:
- The realization of each of the Products, with a demanding degree of quality, that satisfies our customers and differentiates us from our competitors, with the permanent interest of evolving towards the continuous improvement of our processes, our environmental performance and safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and deterioration of health related to work.
- Reduce our mistakes on an ongoing basis, especially those that directly influence our customers.
- To continuously monitor the results obtained through Quality Management, Environment and Safety and Health, for which we have delegated all the necessary authority in our Department of Quality, Environment and Safety and Health. This monitoring is the basis for continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the occupational quality, environmental and safety and health management system.
- Improving both human and mobile resources to better serve our customers in adverse situations.
- To monetize our activities, thus guaranteeing the continuity of our company and that of all the members who make up it.
- Preventing pollution and ensuring environmental protection.
- Eliminate hazards and reduce risks to workers’ safety and health.
To achieve these goals, it is necessary:
- To make known to all the staff of FLUIDMIX, S.L., the Policy of Quality, Environment and Safety and Health established, through face-to-face meeting of all personnel, and internal communications that were necessary, ensuring their full understanding to make possible their implementation.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the occupational quality, environment and safety and health management system.
- Consultation and responsible participation of all members of the company.
- Meet both customer and legal and regulatory requirements.
- That all staff have the necessary capacity, awareness and training and are provided with the right information and resources to be able to carry out their work efficiently and safely.
- Have defined the roles and responsibilities for your job.
These principles, assumed by the Management of FLUIDMIX, S.L., are developed in our Quality, Environment and Safety and Health Management System and declared mandatory by all components of the company.
