Pallet Agitators

VTS and VTG agitators are designed for fast mixtures where high energy and turbulence is required. These agitators are characterized by having a turbine of several pitched blades inclined at a certain angle (usually 45 °) in order to generate a flow with axial and radial components, being also very suitable for suspending solids in liquid process transmitting high power to the product.

In the VTR series, the blades are at 90° to generate flow rates in the radial direction. Designed for gas-liquid dispersion are also ideal to work with very low liquid levels.

In order to fully support the stresses generated by the turbine during operation, the VTS4 and VTG4 agitators are mounted with parallel hollow shaft reducers with larger bearings and therefore greater resistance to stress. In addition, due to their mounting arrangement, these reducers means to avoid rigid couplings between reducer and shaft, highly recommended when coated shaft are required.
