Fast Agitators

The VHS3 and VHD3 series comprise our range of fast mixers. The high speed mixers are characterized by mounting a motor in direct (without reducer) becoming an economical solution, but only recommended for the mixing of quite low viscosity liquids and tanks with volumes up to 3 m³.

They are agitators whose output speed is between 750 and 1500 rpm. This mixers pass by critical speed during starts and stops, because of this, the transition should happen as fast as possible not being advisable the use of variable frequency drives. It is important to notice that the agitators of high rpm should never work with empty tank.
