Agitators for Reactors

Fluidmix provides customer specific designed agitators for projects of a great  variety of applications within the sector of the industry.

For processes of reaction in tanks under pressure, we offer the most suitable sealing system for each application (cartridge mechanical with guided bearing and cooling system, simple mechanical seal, gasket seals). Depending on the conditions of the process, our technical department will design the required lubrication (with or without pressure) system for the double mechanical seal of the agitator. For the maintenance of mechanical sealing, we offer special designs to facilitate its disassembly and subsequent review, with possibility of perform the disassembly with the tank full of liquid.

The type of mobile to mount will depend on the needs of the process and it can incorporate several units of different profiles and at several shaft heights.
